The Kyle Group team is composed of individuals who share a common dedication to education and small town USA, its unique challenges, and the community spirit that fuels positive change. We are a small like minded group who fully grasp the role education and  grassroots initiatives can have on impacting lives for the better! Each team member is driven by a genuine desire to contribute constructively to the communities they are a part of. We have had the fortunate privilege of having truly amazing people lend their time and talents to our many projects. There would be no Kyle Group without them!

Barbara Earley Kyle

President


  • Serving as President since she started The Kyle Group, Barbara Kyle’s professional life has been deeply rooted in volunteer work. She has shown an unwavering commitment to serving her community. Her experiences have not only enriched her understanding of societal issues, but also fostered a profound sense of empathy and dedication.

Dr. Jim Kyle MD, FACSM, FAAFP

Executive Director


  • Dr. Jim Kyle, MD, FACSM, FAAFP has served as Executive Director of The Kyle Group since 2011. With 40-plus years as an Emergency and Sports Medicine physician, Dr. Kyle has taken the lead on many medical collaborations and initiatives. Currently, Dr. Kyle continues to enhance the medical care of WV with the roles that are so needed in the rural communities of southern West Virginia & Beyond.

Lily Porter


  • Lily Porter joined The Kyle Group family after graduating from College of Charleston in the spring of 2023. Reflected in her academic career, service work, and community embetterment has been at the forefront of Lily’s interest. Most notably her passion and admiration for environmental projects. Working as Program Manager / Volunteer Coordinator for a grassroots marsh rehabilitation nonprofit in Charleston SC, she uses her experience with collaboration to help bring new connections to The Kyle Group. A local to WV since 2015 she feels a sense of community and responsibility to serve her area.

Adam R

Director of Information Technology


  • Adam began working with The Kyle Group as an IT and technology consultant in 2014. With a myriad of technology experiences in various industries, he has helped guide The Kyle Group through several digital transformations in order to meet the ever-changing needs of the evolving technology landscape. His skills include software development, project management, computer networking, and operational support. Adam’s undergraduate studies included Computer Engineering and Management Information Systems, with minors in economics and marketing.

Jonathan Corolla, BSc, FP- C

EMS & Special Projects Coordinator


  • Johnathan Corolla joined The Kyle Group March of 2022 after working closely with Dr. Kyle as the Education Director for STAT EMS LLC in Southern West Virginia. Consulting on special projects; Friday Medical Time Out, The Wise Five, telemedicine, education for STAT EMS, and assisting with the Paramedic Program at New River Community and Technical College. Corolla currently serves as a flight paramedic for Life Lion Critical Care, Education Manager for Every Coast Helicopter Operations, and Education Specialist for the Emergency Services Health Federation, PA. His undoubtedly extensive experiences has contributed greatly to the mission to enhance emergency medical care to West Virginia, his efforts of collaboration have fostered creativity and innovation for more impactful outcomes.
